Terms of Service for GoDeh

Welcome to GoDeh LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (https://www.godeh.ai), services, platform, and any associated applications (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, registering an account, or booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and use.

2. Our Services

GoDeh LLC provides:

  • A marketplace platform that connects tour operators with cruise ship passengers and other travelers.
  • AI-driven marketing solutions to help tour operators reach more customers.
  • A multi-vendor booking and payment system.

We do not operate tours directly, but serve as a marketplace for third-party providers.


3. Accounts and User Responsibilities

a. For Travelers

  • You may browse and book tours through our platform.
  • You must ensure that all booking details (e.g., date, number of participants) are accurate.
  • You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of the tour operator.

b. For Tour Operators

  • You must register, provide accurate business details, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You may not list misleading, unsafe, or unlawful tour services.
  • You are responsible for managing your listings, bookings, availability, and earnings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms.


4. Booking, Payment & Commissions

  • Travelers make payments through our integrated Authorize.net payment gateway.
  • Tour operators receive earnings minus our service commission, which is automatically calculated.
  • We may hold funds temporarily for fraud prevention, chargebacks, or compliance reasons.

GoDeh LLC is not responsible for delays, disputes, or service failures caused by third-party payment providers.


5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to the individual tour operator’s policies.
  • GoDeh LLC may offer limited support in dispute resolution but is not liable for any refunds.
  • We reserve the right to issue platform credits or partial refunds in extenuating circumstances at our discretion.

Refund Policy

At GoDeh LLC, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing a change of plans.

  1. Full Refund: Customers are eligible for a full refund if they request it at least 30 days before the scheduled tour date.
  2. Partial Refund: If a customer requests a refund between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled tour date, they will receive a 50% refund.
  3. No Refund: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if the cancellation request is made less than 15 days before the tour date.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during booking. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy

We, at GoDeh LLC, value your time and commitment. We also understand that plans can change, and flexibility is necessary.

  1. Free Cancellation: Customers can cancel their subscriptions or reservations free of charge if they do so at least 30 days before the scheduled tour date.
  2. Late Cancellation: If a customer cancels between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled tour date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price will be charged.
  3. Last-Minute Cancellation: Unfortunately, no cancellation is allowed if the request is made less than 15 days before the tour date, and no refund will be provided.

Please note that all cancellation requests must be made in writing through email or our website’s contact form for record-keeping purposes.

We recommend that customers carefully review their schedules before booking a tour to avoid cancellation fees. For any questions or concerns about our Refund and Cancellation policies, please contact our customer service team.

No Show Policy

At GoDeh LLC, we understand that unexpected events can occur. However, because we reserve spots exclusively for our clients and our tours are often fully booked, we are unable to provide a refund for no-shows.

If a customer does not show up for their scheduled tour without prior cancellation or communication, it will be considered a “no show,” and no refund will be provided. We encourage customers to get in touch with us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend a tour.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients’ needs. If a client wishes to reschedule a tour, the following conditions apply:

  1. Free Rescheduling: Customers can reschedule their tour free of charge if they do so at least 15 days before the scheduled tour date.
  2. Late Rescheduling: If a rescheduling request is made less than 15 days but at least 72 hours before the tour, a 25% rescheduling fee will be charged.
  3. Last-Minute Rescheduling: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the tour date.

All rescheduling is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all rescheduling requests.

Please note that all rescheduling requests must be made in writing through email or our website’s contact form.

We recommend that customers carefully review their schedules before booking a tour to avoid rescheduling fees. For any questions or concerns about our No Show and Rescheduling policies, please contact our customer service team.

6. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe, fair, and legally compliant environment, all users of the GoDeh LLC platform—whether travelers, tour operators, or partners—agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

1. Illegal, Harmful, or Fraudulent Activities

You agree not to:
  • Use the platform to promote or facilitate illegal acts, including drug trafficking, human trafficking, money laundering, or terrorism.
  • Commit fraud, including identity theft, booking manipulation, or payment scams.
  • Exploit or endanger others, including by posting harmful content or promoting unsafe tours or destinations.
  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including consumer protection or tax obligations.

2. False or Misleading Content

You may not:
  • Post inaccurate, exaggerated, or false claims about tours, services, or experiences.
  • Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, licenses, or tour offerings.
  • Use fake reviews, endorsements, or impersonate other users or brands.
  • Use clickbait, misleading titles, or fake availability to manipulate user behavior.

3. Unauthorized Access or Interference

You must not:
  • Access, probe, or tamper with non-public areas of the platform, including admin panels, back-end systems, or servers.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or bypass security features or authentication mechanisms.
  • Deploy malicious code (e.g., viruses, bots, malware) or conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the platform’s infrastructure or operations.

4. Spamming and Unsolicited Contact

You may not:
  • Send bulk, irrelevant, or unsolicited promotional messages to users or operators.
  • Use automated tools (e.g., scrapers, bots) to collect user data, pricing, or tour listings.
  • Spam reviews or comment sections with promotional links or unrelated content.

5. Infringement of Intellectual Property or Rights

You agree not to:
  • Copy, use, or publish content from other operators or GoDeh LLC without permission.
  • Upload or distribute copyrighted material, trademarks, or confidential information without authorization.
  • Misuse GoDeh LLC branding, logos, or designs in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

6. Harassment or Abuse

You may not:
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, operators, staff, or platform representatives.
  • Post content that is discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent.
  • Engage in conduct that is abusive, defamatory, or invasive of another user’s privacy.

7. Violation of Platform Rules

You are strictly prohibited from:
  • Circumventing booking fees or commission structures by encouraging off-platform transactions.
  • Manipulating pricing, availability, or review scores dishonestly.
  • Creating multiple or fake accounts to exploit referral or promotional systems.
Violating any of the above may result in account suspension, termination, legal action, or referral to law enforcement where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Platform—including logos, software, designs, text, images, and features—is the exclusive property of GoDeh LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.


8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • GoDeh LLC does not guarantee the safety, quality, or availability of any tour listed.
  • We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damages resulting from tours booked through our platform.
  • The Platform is provided “as-is” and we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the past 12 months.


9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoDeh LLC, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your interactions with tour operators or travelers

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You breach legal or payment obligations
  • Your activities pose a risk to the platform or users

11. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or a notice on our Platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.


12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
